 Education:  We provide youth empowerment.   We give information about educational and employment opportunities around the St. Louis area.  Offering step by step approach to goal setting, action planning and researching opportunities that helps our community members.  From our experience, too many people become overly stressed and frustrated when planning future aspirations.  We are experienced consultants who will use our expertise to help create opportunities for growth and advancement.  By doing this, our clients can feel a little more comfortable with the transforming process.  The results?  We create clients’ who gain confidence and technique when approaching educational and employment opportunities.

Community:  We offer information on available resources, jobs and educational opportunities provided at various locations around St. Louis.  We aim to help "Keep Our Children Out These Streets" through our Youth Empowerment Fairs that have been held around the St. Louis metropolitan area.

Opportunity:  ECO strives to bring peace to neighborhoods. We will increase peace in our neighborhoods by encouraging our young people to express compression for others.  We understand and are aware of possible differences among our young people today.  ECO will be responsible for transforming people into positive and productive members of society.
