Kisha Jackson was born and raised in St. Louis and is a product of the St. Louis Public Schools. She attended Harris Stowe State University for a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems. During the summer of 2014, she had the opportunity to Fellowship in the Washington University Research Training Program for Public Health. With a desire to obtain learn more in Public Health, she continues to augment her education on how to better serve the community as she assists individuals and families to achieve their personal and collaborative goals, which strengthens the community.
As an Educator, 2004-through 2013, and past Church Administrator, Kisha was always up for the challenge. As a teacher, she helped cultivate the minds of many of the children of St. Louis Public Schools. As a Church Administrator, she assisted the pastor in managing church ministry and served as a facilitator for its community outreach programs. During this time, she birthed Safely Transforming Our People, Inc., a private non-profit to serve the community. Ms. Jackson communicates with a variety of individuals and organizations in the church and community. Her highlights of experience are in technology, senior programs, youth empowerment workshops, community resources, awareness programs, violence prevention community engagements, eliminating healthcare disparities and mental health concerns.

Jimmie Lee Wilson has several years of experience with the Department of Human Services. He gained his Associates Degrees in Human & Social Services Development and Business Administration. The vocational experience in Finance & Accounting with an understanding of Pay & Disbursing policies and procedures helped him learn to navigate through community development activities. He was a GED counselor for the Human Development Corporation, while assisting in the development and implementation of Victim Assistance Program. This effort led to the creation of Partners Against Crime Together P.A.C.T Victim of Crime Program for the City of St. Louis. Jimmie Lee has also shared his dedication to the developmental skill many youths in the Parents as Teachers Program with the State of Missouri Board of Education. Mr. Wilson’s array of community service experience creates a strong level of knowledge and expertise which helps establish community connections.

Sultan General Construction Co. LLC (SGC) exists to assist in the infrastructure improvements of the St. Louis Metropolitan area at large and the demolition of abandoned, burned out, and derelict structures to allow for new and improved housing, business space, and all other new construction in both St. Louis City and surrounding counties. SGC also performs excavation and grading per client request.
